Bold Construction Management is a commercial general contractor serving Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, Florida. This page explains what this website collects, the terms under which it is offered, and how we approach accessibility.

We keep this short and specific, because a privacy policy is only useful if it describes what actually happens.
The only way to submit information through this site is the project intake form. When you use it, we receive what you type: your name, your company (optional), your email address, your phone number (optional), the project type you select, and your project description. We also record which language version of the page you were reading and which page you submitted from.
When you submit the form we store the date and time, your browser's user-agent string, and a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address. We do not store your IP address itself — the hash cannot be reversed back into an address, and it exists so we can recognize repeated automated abuse of the form. Nothing is recorded automatically when you merely read the site.
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. It stores exactly one item in your browser's local storage — your English/Spanish preference — so the site opens in the language you chose last time. That value stays on your device and is never transmitted to us. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Loading this page causes your browser to request files from a few outside services. Those services can see your IP address and basic browser information as a normal consequence of serving the file. We do not send them any of your form data.
When you submit the form, your information is handled by three parties on our behalf, all located in the United States:
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare an estimate, and carry out the work if you engage us. We may contact you by email or phone about the project you asked about. We do not sell your information, we do not rent or trade it, and we do not use it for advertising. We share it outside Bold Construction Management only with the service providers listed above, or where the law requires us to.
We keep enquiries for as long as we may reasonably need them for the project, for our records, and to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to licensed contractors in Florida. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. We honour these requests regardless of where you live, and we will not treat you differently for asking. We aim to respond within 30 days.
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiries are stored on an access-controlled server and are visible only through a private dashboard that requires a verified sign-in. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive personal information — payment card numbers, government identification numbers — through the intake form. We will never ask for those by email.
This is a commercial construction website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

The site describes the services we offer and lets you tell us about a project. Everything on it is general information about our work. It is not a bid, not a quotation, not a warranty, and not an offer capable of acceptance.
Any figure, timeline or scope discussed through this site or in early correspondence is preliminary and subject to survey, permitting and final design. Nothing binds either of us until we sign a written construction agreement. That agreement, and not this website, governs the work.
Bold Construction Management is a licensed and insured general contractor in the State of Florida. Our licence and insurance certificates are available on request and are provided with every construction agreement.
Please do not submit false information, send automated or bulk submissions through the intake form, attempt to gain access to any non-public part of the site, or use the site in a way that interferes with it working for others.
The text, layout, logo and project photographs on this site belong to Bold Construction Management or are used with permission. Stock photographs are licensed from their respective owners. You may not reproduce the site's content commercially without our written permission.
The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular information on it is complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Bold Construction Management is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits any right you have under a signed construction agreement with us, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Where we link to a site we do not operate, we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute about them belongs to the courts serving Miami-Dade County, Florida. If we change these terms, the updated version applies from the date shown at the top of this page.
We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, need larger text, or are sensitive to motion.
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are not claiming formal certification against that standard — we are telling you what we build towards and what we have actually done.
Some photographs are decorative and carry no descriptive alternative text by design. The scroll-driven animations, while disabled under reduced-motion settings, may still feel busy on older devices. We are happy to hear about anything else you run into.
